SSAB’S 10TH ANNIVERSARY
SSAB TIMELINE 2008 - 2018
2008 – SSAB established at Tamaligi, Apia
2009 – SSAB moves to Lotemau, Apia CBD
2010 – SSAB opens another shop at Lotemau selling office furniture
2010 – SSAB opens its electronics shop at Fugalei, Samoa
2011 – SSAB Savaii branch established at Salelologa, Savaii
2012 – SSAB Megastore opens at Togafuafua, Apia
2014 – SSAB Copy Centre opens at Vaivase, Samoa
2014 – SSAB Megastore’s 2nd level extension completed
2014 – SSAB Savaii relocates to ANZ Bank Building, Salelologa
2015 – SSAB Pago opens at Tafuna, American Samoa (sold to Maiava Jody, now known as GIAS LLC.)
2015 – SSAB Megastore’s 3rd level extension complete and opened
2016 – SSAB Sei Oriana opens at Mangere, Auckland, NZ
2017 – SSAB Copy Centre opens at Salelologa Market
2017 – SSAB in partnership with Sleepwell NZ establishes bed making factory at Vaitele, Samoa
2018 – SSAB’s 10th Anniversary!
2020 - SSAB bought the ANZ building that had been housing SSAB BigStore in Savaii
2020 - SSAB also acquired Go Advertising Samoa Limited
2022 - SSAB Superstore Vaitele opened after SSAB acquired the building and land in Vaitele.
2023 - SSAB set up Sei Oriana GiftShop in SSAB Superstore Vaitele
SSAB Group Ltd now has Seven (6) branches: (1) SSAB Megastore (2) SSAB Lotemau (3) SSAB Vaivase (4) SSAB Savaii (5) SSAB Salelologa Market (6) SSAB SuperStore Vaitele; and (7) SSAB Auckland (Sei Oriana).
